Level Up Your Art Walk Experience with our new Artist Networking Event
Make the most of your 2026 Whyte Avenue Art Walk experience with our new Artist Networking + Professional Development Event. In partnership with Glen Sergy of Paint On and hosted at The Bell in Scona, we are offering a dynamic artist-focused event to help you maximize your Art Walk experience, build connections, and gain inspiration.
This event is a facilitated networking session hosted by Glen Sergy that will help you improve your engagement abilities. He’ll be followed by a panel of special guests who will share expertise that will help you succeed during Art Walk and beyond.
Tickets are $20 per session. Bonus: Every ticket includes a drink ticket and tasty mid-session nibbles.
Your Host
Our host Glen Sergy has been working as an artist for more than 20 years. In 2020 he started up his company, Paint On, with the goal of creating entertaining events that connect people with art. Now he runs Edmonton’s largest paint nite team.
Making the Most of Your Artwalk Experience – June 10, 2026
On June 10 a panel of seasoned artists will teach you how to Make the Most of Your Art Walk Experience. Included on the panel is Kim Fjordbotten, owner of The Paint Spot, and long-time producer of Whyte Avenue Art Walk. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge, from how to curate your display and price your art, to being prepared for weather.
Both workshops take place upstairs at Bell in Scona, 10416 80 Ave. The events don’t start until 7 pm, so you can kick off the evening early – meet your friends at the Brewpub downstairs for dinner and a craft beer. Check our their menu!
Tickets are $20 +GST for each. Event capacity is 150 for each, so reserve your spot now!
Preference given to artists who are registered, but the fun is open to anyone. Watch for an Ice On Whyte Society receipt from Stripe after your purchase, and future emails and reminders from Activate Arts Alberta.
