Call for Visual Artists!
We have been asked by the Alliance Française of Edmonton In partnership with the 124 Street Business Association to help animate their event by providing a visual art component to Make Music Edmonton, which happens June 20, 2026, from 4pm – 8pm on 124 Street and 102 Avenue.
We are seeking visual artists of all styles and mediums to showcase and sell their work during this exciting community celebration. This will be a fantastic opportunity to connect with new audiences, build excitement ahead of the Whyte Avenue Art Walk, test out new displays or artwork, and experience a vibrant new location.
About the Event:
Make Music Edmonton transforms 124 Street into a lively outdoor celebration filled with music, creativity, and community connection. Patrons stroll the avenue enjoying live performances in different locations and are encouraged to travel between the stages as a roving experience.
What we are offering:
- A dedicated artist table space in the same format as the Whyte Avenue Art Walk with a 5′ x 8′ footprint (there are no tent spaces)
- Onsite event staffing, artist support, and coordinated load-in/load-out assistance
- Opportunity to connect with a new audience in a new location
- Chance to try out your Whyte Avenue Art Walk set up in advance of the event
Promotion will be done by the Alliance Française of Edmonton and 124 Street Business Association
The participation fee of $30 + GST. Registration is open until June 12, 2026.
