Natasha Nyers

When I was a kid I used to paint with my grandfather, he taught me a lot about the colour wheel and a few different techniques.  My grandfather introduced me to "The Joy of Painting", and Bob Ross.  I still really enjoy watching his videos.  About 5 years ago I decided I was going to try to paint again.  I bought some cheap paints and a canvas and followed along with a Bob Ross video.  My brother bought me my first set of oil paints for my birthday that year, and I have been painting ever since.

I mostly paint scenery, mountains, trees, waterfalls, etc.  Most recently I have learned a new technique which is very detailed and makes my paintings come to life.

This is my first year participating in the Art Walk.  I am both very excited and nervous.  I will be located in section K, in front of Blush Lane Organic Market, between 101 street and 102 street.  I look forward to meeting you.
