Kelly loves all of Canada – she has lived across Canada – in Yukon, BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia, and this is reflected in her ink and watercolour drawings. She most often works in small format and enjoys the freedom of the precision the small sizes demand.
Kelly also works in pyrography - wood burning recovered wood slices into ornaments and wine charms. She and her daughter Amelia run Kluane National Workshop and can be found online at KluaneNational.ca. Other works can be found at the new Royal Alberta Museum gift store (opening in 2018).
